Delivery Lead Times
Every product we make is created at the time the order is placed. If you are sending your own fabric, we begin work when we have received all of the fabric. We make every effort to create your product in a timely manner; however, in some instances our lead-times are affected by manufacturing delays, fabric inconsistencies, etc. Our goal is to complete your product within 4 weeks from the receipt of your order (and your fabric, if you are sending your own). If there will be a delay in delivery, you will be notified of the expected delivery date as soon as possible. We are proud of our quick lead times and consistent quality and strive to get your order to you as soon as possible. Sorry, but we cannot ship outside the continental United States. Please note that all items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.

Prices
Prices shown in our last print catalog have changed. Prices on our website are current. We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors.

Shipping & Shipping Costs
We use UPS to ship our products whenever possible - UPS shipping availability is indicated in the product's description. Headboards and some of our chairs must ship via ABF Freight Service. Shipping costs, whether UPS or freight, are included in the prices of our products. However, there is a small handling fee to deliver products via freight to the following metropolitan areas: Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, New York City, Long Island, and Miami, Florida. You will see this fee listed as a handling charge during checkout if applicable. If you have any questions or feel that you are being charged this fee in error, please discuss this with our Customer Service Representatives.

Delivery
When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail message from Clasen Home with the delivery company's name and your tracking number, so that you may track your packages online. The method of delivery (UPS or freight) can be found in the product's description. UPS delivers ottomans, benches, Parson's chairs and Slipper chairs when ordered individually. UPS will deliver to your door but depending on your location, they may or may not leave packages unattended. A signature is not required. All other chair styles and our headboards ship via ABF freight. ABF freight will call you to set up a delivery date/time. ABF freight requires a signature at time of delivery. Please note that the delivery service representative cannot assist you with upacking or setup of your furniture.

To inquire about an order already placed, please call our Customer Service Department at 800-366-4443 from 8AM to 4:30PM CT, Monday – Friday.

Canceling an Order
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please do so by calling us at 800-366-4443. Do not e-mail cancellations.

Ordering by Phone
Our website is secure but we understand your concern. You can place orders over the phone during regular business hours of 8:00am – 4:30pm Central time, Monday – Friday. Alternatively, you can print out our order form and mail it to Clasen Home, or fax it to us at (608) 224-1607. Our mailing address is 5010 World Dairy Drive, Madison, Wisconsin  53718.

Returns
We guarantee your satisfaction and want you to be thrilled with your purchase. Each Clasen Home product is custom-made for our customers. As such, these are unique pieces of furniture and all sales are final. If our products arrived damaged or defective please call us immediately at 800-366-4443 so we may correct the situation. Please inspect your products immediately upon delivery for any damage. Any damage must be noted on the delivery receipt at time of delivery. Clasen Home reserves the right to refuse refunds based on customer error. Measure your home's entrances and the space for which the product is intended before ordering. When using Clasen Home fabrics, we strongly advise you to request free fabric swatches before placing your order.

Complimentary Swatching Service
We invite you request free samples of our fabrics. You may call Customer Service at 800-366-4443. You may also use our swatch order form, located here. You'll find our fabrics are even more beautiful than they appear on this website. Please limit your swatch order to 10 swatches.

Fabric by the Yard
Our fabrics are available for purchase in full-yard increments. The prices range from $15/yd. to $45/yd. depending on the fabric. Minimum order is one yard. Please ask our Customer Service Representatives for details.

Furniture dimensions
The dimensions quoted in our website are approximate. Because each piece is custom-made at the time or your order, variations of up to 2" are possible. Clasen Home will not be held liable for variation within this range.  

Fabric Consistency and Continuity
Some of our fabrics may have slubs or other textural qualities that are part of the makeup of the fibers used to produce the fabric. There may be slight color variations in our fabrics due to dye lot. We strive to maintain fabric continuity but reserve the right to substitute fabrics.
